• Three joint meetings with your choice of the following vendors:

• • Photographer or videographer
  • Disc jockey or band leader
  • Linen or party rentals
  • Florist or party designer
• One joint final meeting with your on-site catering director
• Unlimited email and telephone conversations throughout planning process
• Etiquette advice and suggestions for creating a theme that reflects your personality
• Family or bridal party liaison
• Review of all vendor contracts and creative suggestions to keep costs down
• Month-to-month bridal checklist
• Vendor referrals for your ceremony and for your reception
• Personalized up-to-the-minute time line from beginning of your day until the end of your event
• Coordinate rehearsal of wedding ceremony
• Vendor confirmations one to two weeks prior to event
• Distribute a current time line to all vendors
• Wedding coordinator kit filled with last minute supplies
• Event Day Coordination including:
• Place out favors and all of your personal items (toasting glasses, cake servers, etc) and box up these items at the end of event
• Make sure gifts are sent to the appropriate place (home with family, to your hotel, etc)

• Take care of last minute payments for vendors
• Make sure all vendors are providing the services contracted for
• Keep vendors apprised of all events that will be taking place during the event
• Minimum of one assistant will be on site at each wedding ceremony
• Discounts and Incentives with select vendors such as disc jockeys, bridal gown, florists, and more
• 9 hour Day of event ceremony and reception coordination...from the beginning of the day until you leave to live happily ever after
