The Cheers To You! Sparkling Wine package is our Basic Wedding Coordination Package that begins two months before your event and includes the following services:

• Complimentary Consultation, 1 meeting, and Day-of Coordination
• Phone conference two months before event to put together itinerary and time-line
• One meeting with your on-site catering manager one month prior to wedding
• Etiquette advice and suggestions during initial consultation for creating a theme that reflects your personality
• Family or bridal party liaison
• Personalized up-to-the-minute time line from beginning of your day until the end of your event
• Coordinate rehearsal of wedding ceremony
• Suggest rehearsal dinner venues
• Vendor confirmations prior to event
• Distribute a current time line to all vendors
• Wedding coordinator kit filled with last minute supplies
• One hour wedding rehearsal
• 8 hour Day of event ceremony and reception coordination...from the beginning of the day until you leave to live happily ever after
• Additonal hours on wedding day are billed at $100.00 per hour
